GENERAL CONDITIONS BETWEEN BUSINESS DRIVERS SERVICE and THEIR CUSTOMERS
the booked car will be punctually at the address indicated during the booking, except for circumstances due to reasons of force majeure and, however, not attributable to Business Driver Service. During the booking confirmation a phone number will be given to the customer to which he has to refer in any case of need.
No passengers in a higher number than the allowed one permitted by the Road Traffic offence will be carried out. Business Driver Service guarantees to arrive at the requested destination in the shortest possible time, in compliance with the traffic and road safety rules. Business Driver Service is not responsible for any delays (just as an example and non-exhaustive) traffic problems, road works or detours, bad weather conditions, sporting, protest or parades events
Any damage or disruption caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the same that will be invited to descend from the car and, at the same time, pay the trip. It is not allowed to keep abusive behaviours, vulgar or against the law inside vehicles.
TERMS of PAYMENT
The estimates include: rental vehicle with driver, fuel, toll, ticket for ferries in tunnels and entrance in cities where requested. The estimates do not include: meals and accommodation of the driver when necessary. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number. It is possible to pay with credit card , ATM or cash, cheques are not accepted. The post-pay service can be performed only with the communication during the reservation of a valid credit card, or in case of corporate conventions with summary invoice at the end of the month. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the service any penalty will be applied, after 24 hours before the service a penalty equal to 100% of the total budgeted will be charged.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
the driver responsible for the service reserves the right to decline the benefit if passengers or even one of them is under the influence of drugs, in apparent drunkenness, psychological or mental impairment that may cause risk or danger. All vehicles of the Business Driver Service and corporate affiliates have regular licenses, with regular cover insurance provided by one of the major insurance company. The service is available to all without racial discrimination, religious or political beliefs.
